Description
Villa Camamila is located in the Torre Soli Nou urbanization. This beautiful house with a private pool that, due to its privileged location, has, from all its rooms, an incomparable panoramic view of the sea and the beach of Son Bou.
On the upper floor you will find an area consisting of the living room-dining room-kitchen, fully equipped (kettle, microwave, dolce gusto coffee machine, blender, juicer, toaster, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, iron and board), a toilet and also a covered terrace with a barbecue area that allows you to have an alternative dining room with excellent views of the sea.
Distributed over two floors, all rooms have direct access to the terrace and pool, its glass doors allow the entry of sun and natural light with magnificent views of the beach and the sea. There are two double bedrooms, a master bedroom and two bathrooms (one en-suite).
The air conditioning in all rooms and in the living-dining room makes it very comfortable at any time of the year.
The pool area offers the possibility of enjoying the exterior of the house to the fullest. There is parking outside the house and free Wi-Fi for all clients.
House Rules:
Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.
Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.
No pets allowed.
Tourism Tax:
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.
