The Villas Zodiaco are 2 semi-detached villas. The Zodiaco Acuario villa is located in the urb. from Son bou about 600 meters from the beach of the same name. It consists of 3 double bedrooms with a maximum capacity of up to 6 people. It has a spacious living-dining room with a window that gives access to the terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the sunset of Menorca. The main floor consists of a living room with ceiling fans, free WIFI for customers, Smart TV, bluetooth. Beautiful kitchen, well equipped, with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric and capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave, fridge with freezer. Next to the living room there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a hairdryer. On the lower floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and two of them with 2 single beds each. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a bathroom with a shower with a hairdryer.
The outdoor area consists of a private pool with a well-kept private garden and a built-in barbecue. On the outside under the stairs is the washing machine.

This beautiful two-storey terraced house with a private pool and excellent views of the sea and the Son Bou beach is located in the Torre Solí Nou residential area. On the upper floor there is the common living-dining room area with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a double bedroom and the outdoor laundry room. There is also a covered terrace with a barbecue area, offering excellent sea views.
On the lower floor there are two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a master bedroom with a private bathroom with a bathtub. Air conditioning is available in the common areas of both floors. The pool area and its terrace offer the opportunity to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces of the house. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Nice villa with lovely view

The best part of the Villa was the lovely view from the balcony and not being overlooked. The resort centre and beach not too far to walk to. The lounge was comfortable but not enough comfy seating if there were 6 people. It could do with some updatisee more

The lounge was comfortable but not enough comfy seating if there were 6 people. It could do with some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms as they looked tired. Top marks for service as there was a problem with the toilet and shower which were both sorted straight away. Lovely pool but needs something done to the grass area outside the bedroom as the grass was pretty non existent which left this area dirty and muddy when wet. It could really do with a patio here or artificial grass. Overall we had a lovely stay at the villa.

It needs proper cupboard space for food in the kitchen as the space is taken up with all kitchen equipment.
The cleanliness could be better. Some of the bedding covers had dirty marks/make up on them and some of the drawers in the bedroom were dustsee more

The area outside the bedroom really needs attention as the grass is so worn. It was dirty and muddy when wet. Needs a patio area or artificial grass. It would also be good to have a net to clean the pool due to the debris from the trees/plants. |
