Lovely villa of around 200 square metres of construction, consisting of three Mediterranean-style bedrooms, located very close to the Son Bou beach and the shopping centre. It has a private car access and the whole house is built on the same level, making it very comfortable.
From the street you go up a ramp to the terrace level where there is a nice area with outdoor furniture and access to the villa. Inside, there is a great living-dining room with TV, air conditioning and an arch leading to the fully equipped kitchen.
The villa has three bedrooms, the master bedroom, slightly larger, has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, and the other 2 have single beds and a fan. Finally, there is a separate bathroom.
From the living room you access the exterior which consists of two areas. The first area, equipped with furniture and a barbecue to enjoy with family and friends, and the second area where the private pool is located with very good views and outdoor furniture.
House Rules:
Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.
Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.
