We hope you have lots of laughs and fun times during your vacation! However, we would appreciate it if you would be attentive and keep noise to a minimum during night hours.
Located 14km from Son Bou, the longest white sand beach in the Balearic Islands (2.5km). That is why it is not surprising that one of the best tourist areas on the island has developed along it.
The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
Pets are not allowed.

Villa très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée.
La vue est incroyable et le calme fantastique.
Les 4 kms à parcourir depuis la route principale ne sont pas gênants et en valent la peine.
Elle est idéalement située au centre de lille ce qui nous msee more

La vue est incroyable et le calme fantastique. Les 4 kms à parcourir depuis la route principale ne sont pas gênants et en valent la peine. Elle est idéalement située au centre de lille ce qui nous met à mi-chemin de tout. C est super. Cela permet de voyager plus souvent et de limiter les kilomètres. La villa reste très proche de la mer notamment de San Thomas qui est une très jolie station balnéaire avec de bons restaurants. Intervention du service de maintenance très rapide et efficace à chaque fois que nous vous avons appelé. Au top ! |

La maison manque d une climatisation. Les 2 ventilateurs noirs sont récents, silencieux et performants. Les blancs sont anciens, bruyants la nuit, moyennement efficaces pour ventiler les chambres. Ils seraient à changer. Ils ne sont pas très stablessee more
La maison manque d une climatisation. Les 2 ventilateurs noirs sont récents, silencieux et performants. Les blancs sont anciens, bruyants la nuit, moyennement efficaces pour ventiler les chambres. Ils seraient à changer. Ils ne sont pas très stables, les pieds sont peu stabilisants.
Il est dommage de ne pas mettre un peu de charbon de bois/allumettes/allume feux pour le barbecue. De ce fait, nous ne l avons pas utilisé. Dommage. Il faudrait prévenir du jour et heure de passage du service de ménage pour les séjours de 15 jours pour que nous puissions leur faciliter leur prestation. Nous avons été surpris par leur arrivée. Il faudrait prévenir que 3 portails sont à franchir sur les 4 kms de route du chemin privé car il y a des sens interdits sur les portails ce qui dissuade de les franchir. Pourtant il faut bien passer ces 3 portails |
