Description
The Villas Playas de Fornells are a group of Menorcan-style villas, they have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and capacity for 5/6 people. Each villa has a terrace with sea views to enjoy a beautiful relaxing sunset and also has a private pool.
They are located 100m from a supermarket and restaurants, 400m from Cala Tirant beach and 30km from Mahón airport. They are situated in an ideal area for families and very close to the sea.
Each villa has a private pool and terrace, outdoor furniture, a built-in barbecue, an iron, a security safe box, internet access (Wi-Fi), a hair dryer, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English) and a DVD player.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
Pets are not allowed.

Charming village house located in the centre of Fornells, it is a detached house distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, we find the entrance hall that distributes access to two double bedrooms that share an elegant bathroom with a shower, both rooms have access to an interior patio. On the first floor, there is the third double bedroom with an independent bathroom with a shower: there is also a large and bright living-dining-kitchen room that gives access to a balcony/terrace with views of the square. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven etc. On the upper floor there is a spectacular furnished terrace with outdoor furniture with unbeatable views of the Fornells bay. House clean, lovely layout with views and clean pool (cleaned during stay). A few basics could have helped like salt and pepper and cooker was tricky to use with all the dials worn off! Made cooking that but more exciting haha! Lovely property and losee more
