The Villas Begonias are located in the Cap D'Artrux area in the resort of Cala’n Bosch, just a five-minute drive from a sandy beach and just a fifteen-minute walk from the Cala’n Bosch marina, where you will find a good selection of shops, restaurants and outdoor cafes. These villas are of a classic style on the inside, while maintaining their typical Menorcan characteristics. They are located on one floor and have air conditioning in the living room and in all the bedrooms. They have 3 bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each which share a bathroom and one double bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and everything you may need to enjoy your stay. The lounge - dining area includes satellite TV and free WIFI. The outdoor terrace is charming, not only for its size but also for the view it offers to the pool; it’s the ideal spot for relaxing on your holidays. Last but not least the barbecue, it‘s located adjacent to the terrace. Villas Begonias are assigned upon arrival, each villa has a private pool and garden space but this may vary in shape and size depending on each plot of land. This property rental is intended for families therefore the organizing of large parties and events is prohibited. EscapeHome reserves the right to charge a security deposit of €150 per person prior to your arrival. If your group is a group of young people under the age of 26, the security deposit will be required, it must be paid through a secure link that we will send you by SMS before your arrival and it will be returned to you upon departure, after the conditions of the house have been checked. If during your stay there are any breakages or any damage caused, we would appreciate you notify us so that it can be fixed immediately. Also, we must take payment for the ecotax which is the tourist tax of the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult and night (from the eighth night, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult and night). Pets are not accepted.

Villa Bea is a cozy 3-bedroom villa located in the area of Cap D´Artrutx, Menorca. Traditional House with a more modern internal touch with a very nice porch. Inside there are 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and 2 with 2 single beds each and sharing a bathroom. The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms. Spacious and comfortable living-dining room that has satellite TV, free WIFI and a fullly equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and the necessary kitchenware to enjoy your stay. The outdoor area includes a magnificient private pool surrounded by lawn and a cozy garden with sunbeds. Durings the summer nights you can enjoy an outdoor barbecue. House Rules: Parties and events of any kind are not allowed. Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified. No pets allowed. Tourism Tax: In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.
