Description
Villa Emily is a villa with a modern style inside while maintaining its classic features. The villa has a double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each. The villa has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms. It has two complete bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, the living-dining room has a television with international channels and DVD, a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and fridge. It has a laundry area with washing machine and clothesline. The terrace is fully furnished to spend pleasant summer nights. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people with a private pool and barbecue.
It is a product specially designed for families. The house rules do not allow the organization of parties or events of any kind. EscapeHome reserves the right to collect a security deposit of €150 per person before your arrival. If your group is a group of young people under 26 years of age, the security deposit will be required, it must be paid through a secure link that we will send you by SMS before your arrival and it will be returned to you upon departure. after checking the state of the house. If during your stay there is any breakage or damage, we would appreciate it if you notify us so that it can be fixed immediately. Also, we must collect the ecotax, the tourist tax of the Balearic Islands.
