Villas Amarillas are a group of villas located in the residential area of Son Carrió, a few minutes’ walk from Santandria Beach. The well-known area of Cala Blanca is also close by, where you will find a wide range of services including bars, restaurants, and shops. These comfortable villas offer everything you need for a lovely family vacation. All Villas Amarillas have the same characteristics and are assigned on arrival. All villas have a private pool and garden; the terrace space can vary in shape and size depending on the plot. Inside they consist of a basic but comfortable and pleasant standard. Distributed in 2 duplex-type floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with capacity to accommodate up to 5 people, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the villas have air conditioning.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.
Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.
No pets allowed.
Tourism Tax:
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.
If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.

Villa Moll Moll, a villa built with high-quality materials, has a privileged location, just 50 metres from the well-known Cala Blanca beach; it is a 1-minute walk from the beach.
The villa has a single floor, inside it is distributed with 3 double bedrooms all with air conditioning (one with a double bed and two with single beds), one of them with an en-suite bathroom and the other two share a bathroom with a bathtub.

It is a product especially designed for families. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. A deposit will be requested which will be returned upon departure once the condition of the accommodation has been checked. If there is any breakage or damage during your stay, we would appreciate if you could notify us for immediate repair. Groups of young people under 26 years of age are not accepted. Pets are not accepted.
It has a spacious independent kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, etc. From the kitchen, there is access to an interior patio that brings a lot of natural light to the entrance hall and gives access to the laundry room. The kitchen has a dining area with a built-in bench and table.
Spacious living area with a large sofa, Smart TV, free wifi and a large window with access to the terrace. In addition, it has a large garden and private pool, large terraces and a built-in barbecue with a pergola, in this outdoor area there is a toilet with WC and washbasin.
