El Shacko is the one on the corner and consists of a parking space, its own garden and a small elevated pool in the back of the house.
It has two floors, on the ground floor there is a living room with a ceiling fan with sofas and a table and chairs with an open kitchen with everything you need, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and room for the washing-machine. A small bathroom with sink and toilet. From the living room there is a window that gives access to the part rear, to a small patio with elevated pool, solarium with hammocks and parasol and table and benches. construction site. This property rental is intended for families therefore the organizing of large parties and events is prohibited. If during your stay there are any breakages or any damage caused, we would appreciate you notify us so that it can be fixed immediately. Also, we must take payment for the ecotax which is the tourist tax of the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult and night (from the eighth night, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult and night).
