Description
This beautiful house is located in the urbanization of San Jaime. It has a private pool and excellent views of the sea from several of its rooms.
It is composed of a wonderful and luminous living-dining room, a fully equipped functional kitchen, two spacious independent bathrooms, two double bedrooms and a main bedroom with private balcony through which you can enjoy the views.
It has air conditioning in the living-dining room and all the bedrooms.
Its large outdoor terrace is divided into two areas. The first area is equipped with barbecue and outdoor furniture to have fun with family and friends. The second area has a pool and hammocks to swim, sunbathe and relax while enjoying the views of the Mediterranean Sea.
It has private parking.
This property rental is intended for families therefore the organizing of large parties and events is prohibited. EscapeHome reserves the right to charge a security deposit of €150 per person prior to your arrival. If your group is a group of young people under the age of 26, the security deposit will be required, it must be paid through a secure link that we will send you by SMS before your arrival and it will be returned to you upon departure, after the conditions of the house have been checked. If during your stay there are any breakages or any damage caused, we would appreciate you notify us so that it can be fixed immediately. Also, we must take payment for the ecotax which is the tourist tax of the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult and night (from the eighth night, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult and night).
Pets are not accepted.
