Description
The farm is located in the surroundings of Ciudadela de Menorca. Finca Son Roseta, has a large garden area with a beautiful private pool, solarium area with sunbeds and parasols and a built-in barbecue. The entrance to the house is distributed by a beautiful terrace with an elegant table and chairs for 10 people, where you will spend most of your holidays.
The farm has a ground floor with a living-dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area with a washing machine and an iron, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom with access to 1 complete bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor, we find 1 bedroom with a double bed, 3 double rooms with two beds each and 1 full bathroom.
The villa has free wifi for clients.
This is a product especially intended for families. The house rules do not allow the organization of parties or events of any kind. A deposit will be requested which will be returned upon departure once the status of the accomodation has been checked. If during your stay there´s any break or damage, we will be grateful if you notify us for immediate repair. Groups whose members are all under 26 years old are not accepted. Pets are not allowed.
