The fully equipped kitchen will facilitate the preparation of your meals, which you can choose to take at the practical counter or in the shared space with the dining and living room, which, being an open space, becomes more versatile and will provide great moments of conviviality among the family.
In this generous and spacious living room, you will find a small corner reserved for a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two adults, without interfering with the other accesses or available space.
On the upper floor you will find a terrace with barbecue and a generous pergola that shades the dining area, where you can enjoy your meals al fresco with a view of the sea.
The garden and pool area has restricted access and features a swimming pool for adults, one for children, shower and sun loungers with parasols for guests' comfort. It should be highlighted the fact that it is fenced and guarded, making it ideal for families with children, ensuring peace of mind and safety.
Public parking spaces are available next to the villa.
For guests' comfort, the villa provides internet access (wifi) and a safe deposit box.
A security deposit will be charged for groups aged 26 and under.
This amount will be refunded after the stay and verification that the property is in good condition.
The Lagoa Municipal Tourist Tax of €2 per person per night will be charged to people aged 13 or over and for stays of up to 7 (seven) nights.
